Hi. My name’s David Moldawer, and I’m an editor at Portfolio, an imprint of Penguin Group, where I acquire and edit business books.

I grew up in Murray Hill, a neighborhood in Manhattan. I attended Park East Day School, Robert F. Wagner Junior High School, and then Stuyvesant High School. I earned my B.A. in theater and dance from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts, spending one semester at the University of Glasgow in Scotland.
